Terms & Conditions
A valid credit card is required to secure the room, a 50% deposit will be processed within 48 hours of confirming your reservation. Balance of the room account is due day prior to check-in.
Upon check-in a pre-authorisation amount of $150 will be processed to cover any incidentals allocated to your room during your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days of check out should there be no incidentals.
A merchant fee of 0.9% applies to all Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit card transactions.
Check-in time is 2pm, early check-in may be requested but can never be guaranteed.
Check-out time is 10am, late check-out fees may apply for any room that is not vacated by this time.
Our reception contact hours are as follow:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 8:00 – 4:00pm
By confirming your reservation with Wine Country Villas you agree to the terms & conditions, cancellation policy and pet policy.
Reservations cancelled or modified 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit paid for the booking.
Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival will result in the full price of the reservation being charged.
For modifications to bookings please contact our office. We are flexible with booking modifications but reserve the right to refuse refunds under certain circumstances.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the guest, cancellation requests received via voicemail or over the phone will not be processed.
